Most men will fail themselves before even embarking on approaching a woman: they allow the fears that haunt their minds to control what they are potentially capable of. They will see an attractive woman they may enjoy getting to know better but instead of taking the first step will find any number of excuses why they should not do so.

They will later regret yet another missed opportunity but that rarely forces them to stop and reconsider making that mistake time and time again. Overcoming this fear is not time consuming or actually a particularly difficult exercise but it does require some effort on your part:
