We went to the Lynx Players bus in Leicester Sq on Saturday, it was parked there and I only found out because I happened to walk by when going shopping. I called up AntonyP and the two of us went over there. When we arrived they told us that we needed 3 people, they said some guy was there without a group so he joined us.
The problem with this show is that in the first few rounds it doesn?t test your pick up skill at all, it?s like the Big Brother auditions where the guys who do the zaniest things get picked. I brought my pictures of me with loads of hot girls, but all they wanted was a 60 second clip of us performing to camera. They had bongos and other props lying around.
Fact is, we are killer with women, but we are not performing monkeys. Later on, we WOULD get to prove our seduction skills and that would be fantastic, we?ll see if they call us back.
The coolest thing about the Lynx Players is that we?d be doing it with an AFC guy who looked nothing like any kind of player. We could train him up and make him able to smoke the other guys and it would be a great story for the company. I seriously have no idea who this guy is and he has no idea that we are pick up artists or even what that is.
