Here’s a simple and cheap outfit which will totally ‘pimp’ any guys gaming look all the elements are budget and readily available on the high street:
- Get a well fitted white T- Shirt – Try American Apparell classic fit Tee’s.
- Get a silver metallic dog tag style chain with some kind of medallion like a cross, star or feather wear it outside your T- shirt it should dangle to your breast plate. ( but not dog tags just the small ball clasp chain) – Topman
- Get a fitted light grey blazer, pull up the sleeves over your forearm – River Island or Top Man.
- Get a couple of white bead bracelets and a white bead leather wristband wear all bracelets on one arm – Topman.
- Get a pair of relaxed fit stone washed Levi’s, the lighter and older looking the better. – Uban Outfitters.
- Get a wallet chain ( ie. A chain clasping your wallet leading from your back pocket to the first belt loop on the front of your jeans) – Burton.
- Get a pair of plain white sneakers or plimsolls – Try adidas shell toe’s.
- Get a pair of white rimmed aviator style shades, wear them on the top of your head not over your eyes (not only will it hinder eye contact but it’s not exactly sunny at the moment and furthermore only complete plonkers wear sun glasses in clubs) – Try H and M.
- Get a couple of white bead bracelets and a white bead leather wristband wear all bracelets on one arm – Try Topman.
- Get a white wrap around scarf with small blue stars, wear loosely draped around your neck and shoulders over the blazer with both ends falling down over opposite shoulders with one end slightly lower than the other – River Island
- Get a white belt – Uniglo, Topman.
- Get a white silk handkerchief place it in the breast pocket of the blazer – Tie Rack.
- Get some white fabric paint (ie. Paint suitable for customizing fabrics) – Availbale at any art shop.
Then…. Pimp that look baby!!!!
Take the white paint and flick it over the front side of the jeans facing downwards from the crotch. Make sure it’s evenly spread, like a spray, not too much! So it can be seen but not like a workman’s slacks!!!
Then pour out the remaining white paint into a tray and place your open hands into it Make two open hand prints on and over each back pocket of the jeans..ie. so it looks like too hands have been on your butt!!! The prints will be unclear at first so once you have made the initial outline fill in the print with extra paint until two solid hand prints are imposed on the pockets. Not only will the hand prints look cool they will attract attention, be a point of conversation and are fun but covertly sexual. When people ask about your jeans let them know you customized them yourselves, done in the right way they will look awesome and people will love your style and individuality in designing them yourself
Rip one medium size hole on the knee opposite side from the wrist you are wearing the jewellery.
Finally go out and show off!!!!!

How about some ideas for the 40+ guys cos I reckon there is nothing worse than to see a guy dress too young for his age.
Try UV paint! Im not into peacocking but Id only use it Subtly. Maybe throwing a bit of UV paint on a canvas belt might be cool. And then head out to a decent club, where there are usually black lights, and see if it works for you.
Cool ideas. However, not sure if you wanna try all of these at the same time. It will be a little too much!!!!!

It works great in a lot of different ways.. It can be worn solo using some of the other accessories listed above.. Or it can be used with a a nice open jacket, which I tend to do.
Its real cheap too, and looks more expensive than it is.
But i really like the idea about going with WHITE… or using beads and leather straps on your wrists. Most people tell time with their cell phones now, so I think slightly accessorizing will stand out way more.

The proper fit of clothing is a difference maker as well. Don’t wear shirts that are too big and loose. Same goes for jeans. Get them hemmed (ask for original hem). No baggy fit nonsense. If you can, spend the extra money on a couple pairs of good premium jeans (straight leg or bootcut). Places like Loehmanns or Nordstrom Rack carry designer brands (Rock and Republic, Citizens of Humanity, 7’s) for much less than retail.
Blazers are also money. I personally love Howe blazers. Look them up on ebay. Not as peacocky, but still stylish.

The advisory is great, but there are other fashion techniques too. If you go to an “elite society” meeting or party with business men or “elite-high society” girls, you should dress classy but fashionable. Let’s say: you could wear a black suit(not necessarily a Hugo Boss or Armany one) that looks well ironed and clean. The white shirt is a must and optional is the tie. But please, wear a sober tie, either with lines or straight. Shoes need to be extremely well polished. Get a haircut. Elite girls will love it. It has worked for me.
I think to start off with, it’s very very crucial to have good dress sense, especially when it effects your confidence and how you generally feel about yourself.
Without lowering the market value of this blog. The truth is, once you do have confidence in yourself. Nothing you wear even matters, since you’re projecting confidence from within, rather than from the outside.
I tend to use this saying:
“It’s not the clothes that make you, It’s you that makes the clothes”
A confident guy can go out in his PJ’s and still pick up women due to his limitless confidence and his ability to not care what people think about him, and that is key to being successful with game. But generally though, having a good fashion sense is key.
After all, depending on the occasion, you don’t want to be going to your sibling’s wedding or an interview wearing dungarees :P

Is great the advice you give here, personally i like the outfit you propose, specially the jeans and to customize´em maybe is not a style for every guy, i think i read something like that in your profile, you wouldn´t put an armani suit into a rocker kinda guy or flower stamped jacket on a young ejecutive, you gotta see what fits you, and for example, this gives me lots of ideas to do with my own style, maybe experiment a little with the things just as you post em, see the results and develop my style a little more, if any of the guys here are into magic i had found usefull the handkerchief on the pocket to use it for magic later or, tie it around your hand like a fingerless glove or oround your knee, is a good conversation starter and practical if youre gonna use it for some trick, if you are not into that stuff, just pimp yourself! and listen to Ollie, im not the fashion advisor around here after all…LOL

Well thats a big list of advices of clothes. To bad we dont got the same list in Norway cause of cultural difference. Its good to wear nice close so it shows you are a healthy man. I just like to wear my own clothes and be myself.

A word of advice guys:
If you don’t feel comfortable in what you are wearing the look WONT come off. If you are looking for something a little different you don’t need to go to extremes. Buy a cool graphic T-shirt or get one printed yourself — loads of places do it now a days. It’s really great when a girl comments on your T-shirt and you can say that you have designed it yourself.
This is a short post because I am in a bit of a rush. However, I hope you take the advice to heart: be HAPPY in what you are wearing. Girls look for the cool confident guy; not the guy with hand prints on his ass! (Though I’m sure the pants do look damn cool!).

Oh, how about some advice on the best paint?
The look Ollie suggests is money!!! However, it won’t work for everyone. The way we talk, the music we listen to the way we dress etc show our identity to people. Why should a 30 year old guy who is a lawyear dress the same way a 20 year old student would? I realized that about 2 weeks ago. I was at a mall looking at some clothes and opening a few sets (!!) and I overheard two schoolboys saying ”I like this but is this something a pua would wear?” They were looking at some T-shirts with cartoon characters. This teaches us a lot about ”the community” but I’ll just write in relation to clothes. Peacocking is a misunderstood term of game and if you are in your 30’s with your own successful business and are looking at the same clothes as these schoolboys then something’s wrong with you. From Ollie’s post I’ll just keep these principles:
1) Get clothes that are well-fit
2) Make your clothes project your personality (and if you can customize them to do that then even better. You’ll have one more story to tell)
3) Accessorize. Honestly the difference between ”nice clothes” and ”nice style” is subtle. A few good accessories will make you stand out.
4) Make nice combinations especially with colours. (Have you noticed how many items are white? Even the rim of the shades.Now, THIS is stylish and shows someone wwho pays attention to details..)
5) Wear something that will convey your personality. (I can’t even imagine what would happen if every guy walked around with two hand prints on his back pockets.. And I do have a fertile imagination..haha)
6) Remember that the most important thing is your confidence. Don’t expect that you’re going to be awesome with women just because you’re wearing a blazer…
Go out there and make people realize that the guy with the great sense of fashion has an even greater personality that stands out!
Thanks for the article, although this isn’t my style, I certainly do appreciate any help in this aspect of the game. I like to think I have a decent sense of style but it never hurts to get ideas from people that are very conscience of making a good first impression and looking good.
I love this idea! Partly because I do wear most of what’s on the list.
I have always been a guy that likes to find his own style.
I don’t usually wear any wrist gear except for a watch but I do have my infinity chain that women just love to grab and check out.
Grey blazer – given. You can get a good one at the Gap.
White shell toe’s – another given. Maybe even a pair of Converse sneakers would be cool too.
I am definitely going to try the paint on the jeans idea and see how that works out.
The cool thing is that, when you have these things, it reverses the situation for the girls. Now they are given reasons to approach you.
And if you are congruent with your look, they will love this and find you instantly attractive.
these are my suggestions, to each their own but these are some good tips.
Good ideas for style.. other good styles to wear are whatevers popular.. hollister & abercrombie and fitch… american eagle… the fancier clothes though, not the shitty ones. also wear some nice shoes, you can wear nice dock martins or some sporty shoes… wear a stylish gold cross and a leather bracelet…
other good ideas for style include: make sure your skin colors match well with your outfits….
if your pale with brown hair, wear bright colors. sharp dressed. avoid the following :orange, beige, & gold…
if your pale with blonde hair, chose soft colors.. wear powdery blue, dark pink, lavender, dark plum, and faded yellow. avoid black and bright yellow.
if you have golden undertones.. (sometimes redheads with brown eyes) – 3 words hot/spicy or earthy. autumn leafs :). olive, gold, orange, beige, darker brown, grey.
if you have ivory skin/freckles.. soft & pale colors. peach, golden colors (yellow, brown), blue but the color of the ocean. bright green & clear blue.
The way a man dresses and the colors of his eyes and hair change his complexion and his looks. You can tell your tone by looking at your skin tone, hair color, and eye color.
when looking at style you don’t want a target to focus soley on the clothes. you want the clothes to complement the face and who you are. basically, divert attention to the face. color coordination should say something about the man and not the clothes. match well.
you basically want to create a harmonious balance between your skin/eyes/hair and the clothes you wear.
to chose your ideal clothing colors, look at your skin tone to hair, and use the same type of compare and contrast with the clothes you wear.
main goal really is to adjust your clothes so the ‘focal point’ is your face.
here are some more examples, that may help you find what colors you should wear..
always avoid black and white, such extreme color contrasting looks obnoxious. it isn’t friendly/welcoming either.
try to chose your color coordination so that it complements your complexion. focus on colors with similar tones, that will help this coordination and non-chaotic look.
if your black/indian/asian ,and you wear all light colors, it can contrast well with your face and complement it. ideal choice: white clothes. light & blue. golden colors/lighter brown works well.
now that the color coordination is complete !! you want to focus on some stylish clothes..
dress shirts are always good if you can afford them, even if you just by them at a cheap store. make sure they match well.
some nice matching choices:
1.) stylish light blue jeans & dress shirt with nice necklace, & sporty white shoes.
2.) casual tshirt that fits you well (if fit, tight shirt.. if overweight, looser shirt, but still slightly tight. if medium, somewhere in between) & with the tshirt wear a necklace that has a story behind it, then wear torn/tattered jeans. also this style works well with a hat. (such as a baseball cap/trucker hat)
3.) khaki shorts & caribean shirt with beads. wear stylish lighter color sneakers. wear beads. this will bring you out as a fun guy.
best advice for figuring out your style FOR FREE:
STEP 1: go to an extremely expensive male clothing store and look interested in purchasing goods. ask multiple people there which colors of shirt, pants, shoes, etc would look best on you. write down the information
STEP 2: chose 2 of the biggest malls around where you live. visit mall #1 and go to every males clothing store/shoe store and follow your color coordination. try on different styles. if you have the right colors and you pick out stylish clothes. (look in men’s magazines such as “Men’s Health” for good clothing style tips) try on as much as you can and then plan your purchase for the future.
3.) do the same for mall #3. You will now have a very good understanding on what colors look good on you as well as which styles. if done correctly, you only need to spend a few hours doing this. but the more time you put in, the greater understanding you will have. you don’t have to buy any clothes yet, just find your style and then plan your purchase.
my specific style is eccentric and sexy.
i wear ripped jeans, tight tshirts, i have stylish spikey hair, and I wear the most expensive sport shoes. i also wear a green watch (my fav color, it was expensive too)
i just wear whats comfortable for me and a little revealing for the girls. (tight shirt for my muscles) it’s good to be a little sexy in your dress
Your clothes have to be right for you. I’m 40+ and fit, but solidly built — I would look gay in that outfit (i suspect being gay is fine for finding women friends, not such a great look for picking up…)
I say find clothes that flatter you, dress a little younger than your age but not much, and dress appropriately for the occasion and the type of women you hope to meet.
If I’m going to a club to meet 20-somethings, I wear a tight T-shirt & jeans, sometimes with boots (what we americans call “cowboy boots”.)
If I’m going to a cocktail party I wear a blazer & slacks, open-neck collared shirt with no tie, or dark T-shirt. And nice shoes — women notice shoes…
Overall, it’s important to remember that what you wear matters a lot less than being confident and positive and enjoying who you are and what you’re doing.
another good tip is to look at guys with hot girls around them. look at what they are wearing. if you find someone who is near your height, near your weight, near your complexion/hair color/eye color… that’s an ideal candidate of style to check out.
also, another good tip is to look at guys in movies that get girls. (the serious ones) or the guys that girls are attracted too. the teenyboppers, whoever fits the social circle you want to attract. some good people to look at : brad pitt, musicians, vin disel
oh of course, bryan tore – you want to dress for who the target is you plan on attracting and what they would be attracted too.
bryan, you may want to try a white-beater tank top if your solidly built… i sometimes wear one and it gets lots of attraction, (at some clubs it’s not allowed, but some it’s okay)

What looks cool on a celebrity or a guy with loads of hot chicks, may not look cool on you! What do I mean?
Take one of the most attractive pop stars out there, Justin Timberlake. His typical fashion is jeans,white shirt,waist coat and a skinny tie. One might think,right, he gets loads of chicks, so i will copy his style. Makes sense right? well yes if your of similar height and build to jt, but NO if your broad or stalky or have a belly lol.
So what do you do? Find a celebrity,PUA, sexy guy on the street who is similar to you,and copy that style!
Make sure when your investing in fashion, you invest in the correct material! You need to realise that one style does not fit all, and find one that suits you! A safe bet is to book with a good fashion consultant, this way your ensured they will find a style that suits you. Hope this helps

Noel – yeah what looks good on a celebrity might not work for you, but looking at sexy male celebrities really gives you an idea about what kind of style girls are attracted too. you don’t have to mirror the celebrities exactly, but if you look at them, you will get a great sense of style and you may even find something that works for you. (it may be good to look at celebrities that have similarities in weight/height/skin tone to you.
Ollie I really enjoyed this blog, went shopping and printed off the list almost like I was going Tesco and crossed off each item as I got it.

What you wear is a statement to the world, so you should take some time to think about what you want to convey. And although you should feel natural and it’s you that make the clothes, taking some time to arrange an outstanding, confident and well fitting outfit will earn you extra points, especially as a beginner.
I really like Ollie’s recommendation. This outfit includes a lot of special accessories, which fit to the whole outfit, are outstanding and classy at the same time. BTW I myself love to put a highlight to my outfit by using a silk handkerchief with the blazer… can anyone recommend a modern way to fold it?
Most important, as many here, have already said is the old saying: it is the man that makes the clothes. Choose some style that fits to your personality. I remember an article called “peacocking gone wild” (or similar) where the author (I can’t remember the name-sorry) basically said that everybody who has read the game tried to dress the same as mystery and wonders why he doesn’t get the same results. Therefore as a manager you do not need to dress like a magician or a gothic.
When you’re like me you’ll be nervous when you try something new. Most important behave as you are wearing the same as always. Don’t think about the new outfit and whether others will like it. Don’t make it a big deal, since this conveys neediness. Don’t talk about it; don’t try to point it out all the time. You’re a confident guy and that’s just the way you dress. When I first to wore a hat (I come from a small town area where this is rare ;) I just went in as always, saying hello, hugging, kissing, chatting and so on. The interesting thing was that only two girls (the ugly ones) asked me in a kind of arrogant way what this hat is supposed to mean. I just told them that’s my hat and I like it because it suits me well and it would be the same (stupid) question to ask them why they wear what they wear. BTW: Think about it girls spend hours to arrange every tiny detail… you wouldn’t go to a girl and ask her why she is wearing so many bracelets and what this is supposed to mean, would you? Anyway the rest of the night was fun since I used the hat as a tool, like Style mentions in the Game. Girls tried to touch it and I could tell them the famous “hands off the merchandise, touching isn’t for free”. I told girls to try on the hat and we took crazy pictures. Perhaps some of the girls secretly made fun of the hat but it didn’t matter since it conveyed and achieved what it was supposed to that night.
Anyway, I guess this wouldn’t have worked out if I would have been discouraged by this two first girls and self conscious about the hat or needy. So when you feel like trying something new (like Ollie’s outfit) just try it, see how it goes and don’t be discouraged if one or two people don’t like it. Maybe people will talk about you but this means you have been noticed while otherwise just one of the many faces in the crowd.

If you are peacocking and someone doesn’t like it, move on. Try more people or eventually try something new. You don’t want to look for other people’s approval. You want to make sure your attire is pleasing but you are not to look for people to accept you because of your clothes or peacocking gear. Some MPUA’s say you peacock for attention, not for the lay.

I used to over-peacock occaisionally, and I found that there’s a line, which changes based on the setting. At house parties you can peacock to the fuckin max. During day game you need more subtle peacocking.
However these days I like to rock my pink girl’s aviators.
I’m not suggesting wearing lots of girls clothes- but solid style with one girl’s item can work really well. More than anything it gives girls an oppertunity to open you… So talk to your girl friends and ask to borrow one thing- something that suits your style. It gives off a very ‘I don’t give a fuck’ vibe, plus girls like girls clothes more than guys clothes.
Rock that style boys, like the song says, express yourself, whatever you do..
BTW, when girls start telling you, ‘Wow, I like your style’ treat it as a test. Play this one super super cool..

One fashion statement i’ve been making.. is I got my ear pierced and it’s going pretty well. It’s a diamond.. one of my guy friends asked if I was going gay, so i’m assuming it’s good,haha. It get’s attention. Plus it brings a story if ear piercings ever come up because I have a funny story about ear piercings. Also I only got the non-gay side pierced so I wouldn’t be confused for being gay ever, and girls laugh when I tell them about that.

I went out in the streets with kezia, dressed in my old attire. She asked random girls what they thought about my
appearance, so that I couldn’t hear and their advice was honest. I was amazed to find that every set hated them, even though they were hot in fashion 3 months prior to this. One girl even said she’d date me, but only if I sorted out my footwear.
My new boots are totally unique and great for peacocking. Although I’m a size eleven I look like a 15, because of the way they point out at the end, which looks dead cool. There are no laces, which usually look ugly and generic. Your jeans come straight over the tops of the boots, which means you can’t see your socks, and the jeans look a better fit. They even make me look more powerful, by adding a couple of inches to my height.
Half a year later, its rare for me to have a day out where I don’t get complimented on them at least once.
