This is a new term I have coined, and it describes a situation where someone has gotten the better of someone else by doing it in a situation where the other person wasn’t aware that there was even a battle going on in the first place.
The puff cake victory is the victory experienced by cowards. They can’t experience a real victory and so they chase after puff cake victories relentlessly and sop up the glory – not knowing it is worthless.
Laugh at the puff cake victories of those around you, and hold up the figuritive Olympic torch to them, showing them what a true victory is and that they don’t have it – you do.
Change the world with terminology.
It’s a strong term, but I think I know what you are talking about, Allistair. I almost feel embarrassed for these types of people. Can you say inferiority complex? haha

Yes, it definately is a strong term and also a rather subjective one. Its one of those labels people give to people who think outside the box but with will and persistance will end up saying to the world ‘LOL IVE PROVEN YOU WRONG ABOUT 40000 MILLION TIMES. WHAT MAKES YOU THINK IM GOING TO LISTEN TO YOU NOW.’ and bask in the glory of personal victory.
I didn’t quite catch it. Give me an example.
actually yeh this is another good article. most people do chase crappy victories that dont mean anything innit
