Go up to set and say “hey guys just need to ask you a quick question… I’m entering in the world mankini contest tonight/next week/whenever and I was just wondering how’d you think I’ll do? Do you think I’ll win?”. Whatever they answer with if it’s not that your going to win say “wrong answer your supposed to give me some encouragement and say I’m going to win!”, one of them will normally say your going to win so five them tell them you like the answer, sometimes if they’ve had a few drink they say they need to see more of your body so tell them you’ll have to save that for later and they’ll have to make do with having a feel through your clothes. Then normally transition with what you guys celebrating, or pick up on some banter from the line. This works all the time! Was a dare line that I was given on a bootcamp that I’ve just adapted so it works (although it worked pretty well the first time). Has got myself and now a few of my friends quite a bit of success. Let me know how it goes!

My favorite one, because you can reflect back on it is,

I’ve noticed something about you, when I first met you my first impression of you, kinda sucked! I think I was looking for a fag or something. But now I see,(whhhhhat, tell me!) you’re adorable!

My golden rule would be to always smile when opening. But drop the smile when necessary, you don’t want to be seen as the fake try hard.

then you can take the conversation anyway you like.

How about something simple like,
“Hope you don’t mind my asking, my friend keeps using the word *insert interesting word here* in her messages, you look like a *helpful/intelligent/etc. (..aka. slightly compliment her)* woman, can you tell me what it means?”

Probably good to give her a word that’s common enough for her to answer so she can feel knowedgeable and helpful, to keep the mood positive. Or you could go with a word she’d never know and then say “ha, yeh, so you’re just like me; i don’t get it either. My friend’s probably just making it up.haha”
…and go from there.
