This is great advice. The bartender is one of the hardest pick ups since they get flirted with all the time and constantly have their guard up. This is the best description of how to approach it strategically I’ve yet seen.

Great video Adam but I think is more important about this video is the editing and production has taken a step up. Lectures and informal couch videos can only go a certain way to grab peoples attention.

Hey loved the post! Being a bartender for 3 years now i have watched the multitudes of men that have tryed and failed to pick up female colleagues. Something i would add is dont shout of wave or realy make any gesture you want served by her. Ive always used a subtle wink or a cheeky smile to get her attention. If she serves you quicker than you deserve this can be an i.o.i. And remember to tip good service guys it looks good when your at a bar, i would say raises your social value with the bar and we all appreciate it cause the bills dont pay for themself’s :)

You were looking for suggestions for your next video? How about a dance floor game one? Gulliver taught us a dance floor move on a recent boot camp which was pretty cool – this is the sort of thing i would like to see more of. Once your night out gets toward the end and you end up in a club, clubs are like 90% woman on the dance floor – this is something i would really like to see.

I’d like to ask some responses.
I’ve had been getting a vibe from a female bartender that she was interested in me.
It took me about 2-3 months of getting this vibe to finally ask her out, because be overly friendly is part of there job and makes for better tips.
I asked if she would be interested in getting together sometime. She asked, what did I have in mind.
I told her, “anything she would like to do. I’m open to anything.” She said “that sounded great, however it would depend on if she would be able to get the evening off.” (I never mentioned a day or time. Just sometime)
I told her, “I am self employed so my schudule is very flexable.” Meaning I could see her anytime, not just at night.
She said “thats funny, because between school and work she has very little time.”
So I then said, “if I could get your phone number I will give you a call and maybe we could get together sometime.” She said “Sure”
She turned around to a small ledge behind her. Wrote something on a piece of paper (or pertended to.) Pause for a few seconds, then just walked to the other end of the bar and started waiting on customers. Totally blowing me off.
So then I’ve distanced myself from her, so as not to make her uncomfortable and I didn’t know she may be a pycho and get me kicked out or banned with a bunch of lies. I really like this club and had been going there regularly for years.
This lasted about 2 weeks, then she purposely started to position herself to be the one to take my order. (There a total 5-7 female bartenders at this very busy club)
When she took my order, she acted as if nothing had happened. She asked me if I wanted my ususal. I just nodded yes. She served me, collected my money, gave me back my change and litery ran away as fast as she could, I assuming, because she was afraid I would bring it up or keep hounding her for her number.
Since then I’ve just avoided her, because I have a real hard time tipping someone that was really kind of mean (when you think about it) and did have the decency to applogize when she had the chance.
I’ve been avoided her for about 2 months now, and she still will try to get in front of me to take my order.
Is this girl interested in me or is there an alteriave motive.
I would like to hear your responces.

Picking up the bartender/waitree/shot girl is supposed to be the hardest thing?
Its the one thing I’ve had the most success doing, are you sure you’re not mistake about this?
I have no trouble opening or chatting with regular women even in the bar/niteclub. My only real problem comes with getting the phone number and extracting myself to go play with someone else.
