Tip 2 seems wrong to me…..Men are at a stage of being uncomfortable with women when they enter the community….thats why they enter it! So telling them to not do something if it doesnt feel comfortable doesnt leave much for them to do….Just a thought, write back if possible Darren.

why dont you get some competent trainers that get results.

the students basically teach themselves at bootcamps whilst the trainers get on their knees and blow each other off.
